Titular lawyer, Emilia Hristescu set the grounds for the practice in the year 2002.
Mrs. Hristescu is widely experienced in real estate transactions and financial investments, issues related to transport law, as well as civil and commercial litigation, or assisting clients in front of the Arbitration Court.

Marius Radu


AA 1998 graduate of the juridical and administrative studies with the Christian University bDimitrie Cantemirb, Marius Radu is also a member of the teaching staff.
Mr. Radu specializes in criminal law, intellectual property law, as well as issues related to work relations.

Alina Ciocanea-Hristescu


Specialized in contract law, Mrs. Ciocanea-Hristescu drafts and draws up civil and commercial contracts, assisting clients in negotiations and closely following the proper unfolding of a contract as well as observing the obligations undertaken by the parties.
